Location: Harrogateand the Hambleton and Richmond area
Hours: 37.5 hoursper week (split between clinical and operational including nights and weekends)
Salary:£29,603.62per annum FTE pre-probation, increasing to £31,461.18 per annum FTE pendingsuccessful completion of probation (45% of hours will be in unsocial hours)

Werelooking for a Senior Healthcare Assistants to work as an Operational ShiftCoordination with our incredible Communitybased team in Harrogate and the Hambleton and Richmond area.
Main duties of the job
Yourrole as an Operational Shift Coordinator

This Operational Shift Coordinator role is community based, throughoutHarrogate and Hambleton and Richmond. You will be required to have access toyour own vehicle and have a current driving license.
In this role, you will,
Provideon-shift leadership, management and co-ordination of our Home HCAs ensuringthe delivery of outstanding care to our patients and their families.
Thisrole combines clinical coordination with operational responsibly, includingweekend leadership, participation in a 24/7 rota and involvement in theorganisations escalation/on-call system.
Youwill support service development, promote clinical excellence, and workcollaboratively across the community.
