* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* A commitment to providing a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
* An understanding of differentiated instruction and individualised learning plans (ILPs) is desirable.
* Experience using a range of support methods to track student progress is a plus.

What We Offer:

* Opportunities for professional development and career progression within a supportive environment.
* Access to ongoing training and resources to enhance your skills in working with students with autism and SEMH.
* A collaborative and supportive work environment with a dedicated and passionate team.
* The chance to make a real difference in the lives of young people.
* A beautiful working environment located in a stunning natural setting.
