Operations Director - Essex | Passive Fire Safety - Property Services & Commercial | Up to £100,000 + Package
My client are an established construction contractor who are currently recruiting for an Operations Director to head up their Fire Safety division across London & South East.
Responsibilities
* Work alongside the Commercial Director to ensure P&L, budgets and deadlines are met.
* Ensure the level of service and quality is to the highest standard, with effective cost control.
* Create CPP and programming of works and budgeting.
* Lead and manage your direct team, including contract managers, supervisors and office staff.
* Report directly to the Managing Director and support contract success.
Qualifications
* Extensive building knowledge with experience managing passive fire safety works (fire door installation & fire stopping works).
* Experience managing multiple site teams, strategically planning projects and solving problems in complex situations.
* Good knowledge of up-to-date legislations and strong organisational skills.
* Able to foster a strong team environment and build relationships with clients and team members to achieve targets on the contract.
