* Configuration - setup of new entities, workflows, templates, reports
* System training and answering user Q&A inc. capabilities research
* Ownership and functional support/advisory
* Business process understanding, analysis and requirements definition, prior to vendor quotes for major projects and small change Agile development
* Functional testing
