Job Description
* Verify, process, and reconcile invoices and purchase orders
* Create and distribute accurate financial reports
* Resolve any invoice discrepancies
* Ensure timely payment of all invoices
* Monitor and manage the accounts payable email inbox
* Support the wider Accounting & Finance team as required
* Adhere to financial policies and procedures
* Perform other duties as assigned
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
* An educational background in accounting or a related field
* Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
* Experience with accounting software
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent attention to detail
