We are seeking a driven, innovative Regional Marketing Specialist to join our UK team. This role suits someone thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, passionate about marketing success. You will develop and execute omnichannel campaigns to engage target audiences and generate demand for our sales teams. Your analytical thinking and adaptability will help align marketing efforts with business goals and stay ahead of market trends. You will collaborate closely with sales and cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and ensuring campaign success.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning in European markets.
* Develop a regional annual marketing plan with quarterly goals to translate strategic objectives into tactical campaigns targeting different funnel stages.
* Design and execute omnichannel campaigns, craft compelling copy, collaborate with channel specialists, and propose innovative engagement ideas.
* Create project proposals, campaign briefs, and evaluation reports to guide execution and support ROI analysis.
* Work with sales and stakeholders on a focused Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program tailored to prospective clients.
* Build strong relationships with sales teams, incorporate their feedback, and align campaigns with sales processes.
* Create and optimize audience lists using database insights and segmentation techniques.
* Coordinate direct mail campaigns for local holidays and manage the regional event calendar.
* Support and measure trade shows, conferences, and events.
What You Bring:
* 3-5 years of experience as a Regional Marketing Specialist or similar role in B2B marketing, with expertise in demand generation and marketing best practices.
* Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools, with strong data analysis skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with a drive for excellence.
* A proactive, independent approach to managing multiple projects and priorities.
* Curiosity about new markets and problem-solving persistence.
* Adaptability and innovation, with the ability to bring fresh ideas for growth.
