We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner Answer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Administrative duties Deal with new file openings Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing Skills Friendly and enthusiastic Experienced in Microsoft Office (word, excel etc) Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Customer service skills Solid written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational skills Able to use own initiative If you possess these skills and are looking for an opportunity to contribute positively to our team, we encourage you to apply for this Receptionist position.
