With a new enquiries and completions team in place, this role allows you to dedicate your time to providing expert legal advice and guidance, rather than being weighed down by additional tasks. In addition, this is not a fee-earning role—a generous bonus structure is in place to reward your contributions without the pressure of financial targets.

The Role
As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring due diligence, risk assessments, and compliance with all regulations. You will work within a collaborative team that values high standards of client care while also allowing for flexibility in working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
•Handling all legal matters related to property transactions.
•Advising clients on contracts, finances, and the conveyancing process.
•Ensuring compliance with due diligence and risk assessments.
•Maintaining case management workflows and key stages.
•Providing expert legal guidance while maintaining excellent client communication.
What You’ll Need:
• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with legal technology.
• A commitment to high-quality client service and a keen eye for detail.
