Accounts and Practice Manager – Law firm
We are looking for someone who ideally has experience of working in a Solicitor’s office and can combine both roles with accuracy and enthusiasm.
Accounts:
* Responsible for managing financial transactions
* Maintain accurate and up to date records
* Run payroll and maintain pension records online
* Report monthly on P&L and maintain cashflow
* Point of contact for accountants and finance/banking providers
Practice Manager
* Point of contact for suppliers including IT, case management, telephones, energy etc.
* Report on any issues to director, including building management, complaints, staff matters etc.
* Deal with PII, CQS, insurances
* Maintain website and social media accounts
This is a chance to work in a good team of people, training from the retiring role-holder will be available if necessary.
Benefits:
* Salary: £32,500 depending on experience
* Annual leave: 25 days a year plus birthday, all bank holidays given and paid plus 3 additional days for Christmas, at Director’s discretion
