You will take full operational leadership of the company’s manufacturing activities, driving excellence, lead and empower high performing teams. This is a critical strategic role focused on supporting future growth while maintaining outstanding operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all operational areas
Managing growth across international operations
Ensure delivery of quality products on time and to budget, while continuously improving efficiency
Manage a range of manufacturing processes, including complex assembly and multi-stage production
Implementing effective production workflows to boost productivity and minimise waste
Build and lead high-performing teams, instilling a culture of accountability, safety, zero-defect mindset and continuous improvement
What you'll need:
Must have experience in leading operations within a successful manufacturing business
Experience of a range of mechanical production processes including complex assembly
Demonstrable experience of implementing Lean/CI methodologies
Commercially astute with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Strategic thinker with strong leadership, people management
Comfortable in a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
