20-25 hours per week.
Your Qualities & Qualifications:
Enthusiastic, positive and reliable
A team player who enjoys helping others improve achieve their fitness goals
Passionate about CrossFit, HYROX & Functional Fitness
Great communicator with a willingness to learn
Must have completed a Reps 3 Fitness Qualification with some experience of running Group or PT classes, no CrossFit experience is required.
Role Responsibilities:
Assist lead coaches during classes
Learn how to deliver and coach group and PT classes
Maintain gym standards and community culture
Contributing to sales and client retention
Demonstrate correct technique and movement
Maintain a positive and friendly manner
Compensation (Part-Time):
Class Pay: £13 - £15 p.h.
Personal Training: £15 - £18 p.h.
