As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

*Accurate and detailed record keeping

*To encourage and enable service users to make day to day choices
* To support service users to develop relationships and to maintain contact with family and

*To provide service users with support to maximize their independence and to develop social
and life skills
*Assisting with domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, washing and shopping
