Hybrid role, with around 50% of your time spent working from home and 50% out in the community across either Brent or Barnet and Ealing.

You'll be leading a team of eight Employment Specialists who help people with health conditions get back into work, making a real difference to local lives every day.
What you'll be doing
You will be supporting, coaching and motivating your team to deliver a high‑quality service. Your week might include:
* Monthly supervisions, quarterly reviews and community observations
* Working closely with NHS partners, Jobcentre Plus and local community groups
* Helping your team build strong relationships with local employers
* Making sure employment and health plans are joined up and aligned
* Reviewing the service regularly against IPS fidelity standards to keep quality high
We're recruiting two Team Managers: one covering Brent, and the other covering Barnet and Ealing. The salary for the role is £39,701 to £46,027 depending on experience.
What they're looking for
You might be a strong Employment Advisor ready to step up into a leadership role, an experienced manager already working on another employment programme, or someone from a recruitment or support service background who knows how to motivate people to deliver great results.
The main thing is that you're someone who cares about people. You can train, develop and inspire a team while building positive relationships with partners and stakeholders.
