Are you a tech‑savvy problem solver who loves keeping people connected? At HFH Healthcare, we provide specialist nurse‑led care to adults and children at home across London – and we need an IT Technician to keep our systems running smoothly!
What You’ll Be Doing
* First point of contact for IT support – no problem too big or small!
* Maintain devices, networks, and Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
* Manage user accounts, troubleshoot issues, and assist with IT setups.
* Support IT projects, upgrades, and keep systems secure.
What We’re Looking For
* 1st Line IT support experience
* Windows and Microsoft 365 expertise
* Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi)
* Friendly, problem‑solving attitude
Nice‑to‑Haves: Entra ID/AD, Intune, VoIP, cybersecurity awareness
