Red Rock Consultants are recruiting on behalf of a Wombourne-based manufacturer that prides itself on delivering the highest level of customer service. This well-established business is now seeking a hardworking and conscientious Sales Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

WORKING HOURS:
8:00am to 5:00pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm (with a 30-minute lunch break)
3pm finish every Friday
Sales Administrator Duties:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat enquiries
Process sales orders, job packs, invoices, and purchase orders
Track sales progress, chase outstanding paperwork, and update records
Support the sales team and designers with appointments and documentation
Liaise with directors and other departments on reporting and invoicing
Manage stationery, stock levels, and courier/postal requirements
Provide general administrative support across sales and estimation teams
The Sales Administrator Candidate:
Previous experience as a Sales Administrator, ideally within a manufacturing environment
Strong Excel and general IT skills
Confident communicator with excellent people skills
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
