About the role:
As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the store. You'll lead from the front - inspiring and motivating your team, delivering outstanding service, and driving sales through meaningful customer connections.
This isn't high-volume retail - it's about quality, attention to detail, and building genuine relationships with every customer who walks through the door.
You'll be involved in everything from team development and visual presentation to local engagement and events. As Store Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in shaping the store's continued success.
