Job Title: Manufacturing Operative
Location: Scunthorpe
Hours of Work: Monday-Friday: 8am-4pm
Job Purpose
The role of a General Operative is to produce Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) building products at our site in Tamworth. This isa hands-on role involves physical work, including heavy lifting, while maintaining high health and safety standards.
Key Accountabilities
1. Maintain health and safety awareness, ensuring compliance with company policies.
2. Work efficiently to meet manufacturing targets.
3. Ensure all products meet quality standards.
4. Keep the work environment clean, safe, and orderly.
5. Demonstrate flexibility in daily tasks and responsibilities.

7. Maintain a high level of motivation and attention to detail.
Role Requirements
8. Experience in GRP manufacturing or general manufacturing (preferred but not essential).
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Experience in operating machinery.
