Associate Roles: • Earning potential in excess from £115,000 (OTE) Based on a day rate from £500, to provide a mixture of Urgent Care and Stabilisation sessions. • Private: 50% income split • Labs: 50% split for any lab bills • Urgent Care: 7 patients per session (14 per day) • Stabilisation: up to 7 patients per session (14 per day with flexibility based on treatment requirements) • Balanced clinical mix: NHS Urgent Dental Care & stabilisation – with options for private upgrades dependent on patient requirements • Flexible working hours • Clinical freedom with full admin and nursing support • Golden Hello* What Makes Us Unique?
