Job Description:
We’re looking for a thoughtful and grounded programme associate to join Full Circle Foundation, a values-led ecocentric grant-making organisation that supports regenerative, community-rooted approaches to environmental and social change.
This role is part of our global agroecology programme and includes strategy co-creation, relational grant-making, and partner accompaniment. We're particularly interested in those with lived or field experience in agroecology, regenerative economies, or biocultural systems.
* Remote and open to candidates based in regions where we work
* Flexible hours | Full or part-time considered
* Salary benchmarked to location and experience
* Strong values alignment is essential
Full Circle is an experienced organisation with a low public profile. We work quietly, behind the scenes, with deep trust in the people and movements we support. If the role speaks to you or someone in your network, we’d love to hear from you.

* Comfort working in ambiguous, adaptive environments, holding multiple ways of knowing.
* Relational, nurturing, and listening-centred approach to partner support.
* Familiarity with indigenous knowledge systems, regenerative practices, or alternative development paradigms.
