The ideal Quantity Surveyor will possess:
* Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
* Relevant experience in a similar consultancy environment would be ideal.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong contract knowledge.
* Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
* Have a full UK driving license and a car.
* Pre and post contract experience.
Daily responsibilities of the successful Quantity Surveyor:
* Delivery of projects.
* Pre and Post contract services.
* Manage project coordination and project reporting.
* Attend site inspections and site meetings.
* Attend project meetings.
* Administer Contracts.
* Procure services and works on behalf of our Clients and projects.
* Support to junior member of the team and senior staff.
