Residential Real Estate Legal Executive – Our client, a Legal 500, West End practice with offices in London and East Sussex are now looking for a further Real Estate Legal Executive to join them at their Sussex office.
About the Role
Enthusiastic & hard working, you will be managing your own small caseload whilst assisting an experienced fee earner in the running of live files from instructions through to post completion. The work involves liaising with all parties and providing administrative assistance throughout the conveyancing process. This will include file opening, AML compliance, submitting AP1 and SDLT forms, dealing with administrative exchange formalities completion and post completion tasks, preparing reports on title, mortgages and searches, liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions, drafting financial statements and invoices and general admin duties.
Candidate Requirements
They are looking for an individual with excellent hands-on transaction experience, commercially aware and who presents well. In addition, you will need to have a general interest in networking and business development.
