Behaviour Mentors & HLTAs – SEMH / Behaviour Support – Walsall Location: Walsall / Surrounding Areas Salary: £90–£120 per day Contract: Day-to-day, long-term and temp-to-perm Start Date: Immediate Are you confident supporting pupils with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour? We’re looking for dedicated and resilient professionals to work with young people who benefit from structure, encouragement and relational support. Roles are available across Alternative Provision, PRUs, specialist settings and mainstream secondary schools. Whether your background is HLTA, Behaviour Mentor, Youth Worker, Support Worker or similar — if you can build trust and redirect behaviour positively, we want to hear from you.
