About the role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support pupils either within the classroom or on a 1:1 or small group basis, depending on school needs and your experience. Support may include: General classroom support alongside the class teacher 1:1 SEN or EHCP based support Small group learning interventions Supporting pupils with behaviour, engagement and routine Assisting pupils with additional needs such as ASC, ADHD or SEMH Placements range from day to day supply to short term and longer term roles, with opportunities matched carefully to your availability, preferences and confidence level.
