1. Claims Management: Handle EL/PL casualty claims, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
2. Decision-Making: Take ownership of claims decisions within your authority, working closely with underwriters, risk engineers, and analysts.
3. Client & Insurer Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to provide clear advice and updates.
