Role Description
This is a hybrid internship role as a Human Resources Executive Intern based in Liverpool, with opportunities for both in-office and remote work. The intern will assist with HR management tasks, support HR operations, help implement policies, and foster positive employee relations. Responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment, onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting the development and execution of HR strategies. Additionally, the intern will collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with organisational procedures and policies.
Candidates with a background or interest in Marketing will have an added advantage, particularly in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and LinkedIn outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
* Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
