Job Purpose
This post is to provide cleaning services to an agreed specification. This will include changeovers of the residential accommodation, cleaning of public areas, floors, walls (up to 2m in height), fixtures & fittings. Some laundry duties will also be included.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
12. Carry out cleaning tasks with minimal supervision in accordance with cleaning specification
13. Immediately report defects or problems to the Manager
14. Comply with company health and safety policy including regulations in the safe handling and storage of cleaning materials (training will be given)
15. Communicate between shifts to ensure customers receive the best possible service
16. Liaise with customers and ensure matters are followed up
17. Undertake training and professional development
Qualifications and Experience
18. NVQ Level 2 in related subject, or relevant experience and willingness to train
19. Basic knowledge of health and safety
