As Senior Events Executive, you’ll be responsible for developing, creating, implementing, promoting, managing, hosting, and evaluating an extensive programme of events to support the marketing plan across Simplyhealth.
Key responsibilities
1. Support developing, implementing, and managing an extensive programme of events through creative project management and budgetary ownership and control.
2. Create a showcase of events and hospitality through printed collateral, website, and videos to excite, engage, and promote our offerings to internal and external clients.
3. Work closely with key stakeholders across all business areas to ensure campaigns and communications are delivered consistently and in a joined-up fashion across the business.
4. Host and manage events with responsibility for liaising with all key staff, venues, speakers, and suppliers.
5. Take ownership as project manager of event attendance, creating support materials as needed to increase participation.
6. Ensure the safe delivery of all event collateral and equipment to events, including building and dismantling stage sets and troubleshooting AV equipment.
7. Manage relationships with external agencies such as venues, promotional merchandise providers, entertainment companies, stand designers, and AV providers to ensure clear briefings and success criteria.
8. Research and source speakers, including clinical, motivational, keynote, celebrity, and professional speakers, to meet event objectives.
9. Create evaluation surveys to measure and monitor campaign success, providing regular reports to leadership.
10. Stay updated on regulatory changes and develop supporting events accordingly.
11. Line manage Event Executives.
About You
To be considered, you must have:
* Experience working in an office environment to tight deadlines.
* Experience organizing external events.
* Educated to a minimum of A-level standard.
* Full driving licence – essential.
* Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.
* Knowledge of IT systems.

* Project management or Events project management experience.
* Understanding of the dental market.

Our head office is in Hampshire, but we support a ‘smart working’ approach, allowing flexible work locations and times. You can expect to be in Andover once a week, with travel to UK and European events expected regularly.
