We seek to challenge the status quo on a daily basis and drive innovation across to achieve the greatest business outcomes for our clients.\n\nThe Digital PR Strategist Role:\n\nAs a Digital PR Strategist at Distinctly, you’ll be at the heart of delivering standout campaigns and quick-turnaround reactive activity, working alongside a dynamic and supportive team.\n\nYou’ll collaborate closely with our Account Directors to shape and execute creative, results-driven strategies that boost brand visibility and earn high quality media coverage. Your creativity and media instinct will help craft compelling stories that cut through — especially with reactive ideas that land successful coverage in a wide variety of targeted press.\n\nAbout You:\n\n• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in an agency environment\n • Proven experience in delivering digital PR campaigns and reactive activity, using client assets and topical stories/angles to secure media coverage\n • A genuine passion for digital PR, with the ambition to develop your career in this fast-evolving field\n • Motivated by KPIs and performance targets, with a strong drive to meet and exceed them\n • Account management experience – confident in aligning your work with client business goals and staying on top of relevant industry trends\n • Proactive in suggesting and exploring new strategies and tactics to evolve with the digital PR landscape\n • Naturally curious and tapped into the news cycle, pop culture, and the structure of the UK media\n • Confident reporting on performance, including monthly updates, emails, and client meetings and reviews\n • Working knowledge of Python is a bonus but not essential \n • Fluency in Spanish or German is an advantage but not essential \n\nWhy Distinctly?\n\nWe offer a supportive and inspiring working environment, with some great perks including:\n\n• Agency-wide bonus scheme\n • 28 days’ holiday plus bank holidays\n • Private health insurance\n • Dedicated training budget and a strong focus on continuous development\n • Sensible work/life balance\n • Free breakfast, fruit, team lunches, and a wellness programme\n • Opportunities to attend industry events and meetups\n • A friendly, fun, and sociable team\n\nWe are unable to provide Visa sponsorship, so you will need to be currently living in the UK with the right to work in the UK to apply.\n\nWe value diversity, equity and inclusion.
