About the Role
Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, the Project Management Officer (PMO) will be a key member of a high-performing team responsible for developing and delivering a portfolio of grid connection projects across Wales. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation at the forefront of the UK’s green energy transition.
Responsibilities
* Implement and maintain project reporting for key stakeholders and Board updates.
* Support governance processes and project approvals frameworks.
* Manage and monitor risk registers, actions, decisions, and issue logs.
* Support cost planning, forecasting, and budget management across multiple projects.
* Track and report on contract variations and early warnings.
* Maintain robust document control and version management systems.
Qualifications
* Experience within project management, commercial management, or PMO functions.
* Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or utilities is advantageous.
Required Skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Strong governance and reporting capability.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
* Knowledge of planning, risk, and cost control processes.
Preferred Skills
* Experience within project management, commercial management, or PMO functions.
* Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or utilities is advantageous.

* 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
