The Role
An experienced Interiors Project Manager is required to oversee and deliver high-quality fit-out and reactive maintenance projects ranging from £20k to £700k. You will manage the full project lifecycle from appointment through to completion, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standard. The role reports directly to the Construction Director.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee interior fit-out and small works projects
* Manage project schedules and documentation
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Ensure H&S, quality, and budget compliance
* Produce and maintain accurate project reports
* Use Microsoft Project for planning and tracking
What We’re Looking For
* Proven background in interior fit-out project management
* Trade experience preferred (e.g., joinery, drylining, suspended ceilings)
* Familiarity with Cat A & B fit-outs
* Some knowledge of M&E services advantageous
* Strong IT and documentation skills
* Skilled in programming, budgeting, and stakeholder communication
* Team player with excellent problem-solving abilities
