The Role
In this position, you'll be the gatekeeper of quality, ensuring every vehicle is retail-ready and safe for its new owner. Your responsibilities include:
* Pre-Sale Prep: Conducting thorough inspections and servicing on a diverse range of stock.
* Mechanical & Electrical: Diagnosing and repairing faults across engines, brakes, suspension, and clutches.
* Safety Standards: Performing health checks and MOT preparations to ensure peak roadworthiness.
* Workshop Pride: Keeping the bay organized while contributing to a great team environment.
About You
We want a problem-solver who takes genuine pride in their workmanship but doesn't take themselves too seriously.
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) preferred.
* Experience: Proven track record as a Car Mechanic or Diagnostic Technician.
* Skills: Strong mechanical knowledge and a "right first time" attitude.
* Essentials: A valid Full UK Driving Licence and a reliable work ethic.
