£92.56 - £105 per day (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications )

The School and Role
This small specialist provision in Birmingham is seeking resilient Behaviour Mentors to support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs. Working in a highly supportive environment with small class sizes, you will focus on behaviour intervention, engagement and building positive relationships to re-engage pupils in education.
Requirements
The desired Behaviour Mentor will have;
1. Strong behaviour management experience
2. Resilience and confidence
3. Experience working with challenging behaviour
4. Ability to build strong relationships
5. A consistent and calm approach
