We are seeking experienced professionals passionate about driving innovation in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) using leading platforms like ServiceNow and Archer. This role involves leading client workshops, supporting business development, translating requirements into technical solutions, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored GRC solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead client workshops to gather requirements and current process challenges.
* Support growth initiatives for Deloitte's GRC technology practice.
* Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into system specifications, focusing on ServiceNow IRM.
* Demonstrate GRC solutions and articulate their value to clients.
* Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure solutions meet client needs.
* Create training materials and facilitate client training sessions.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of GRC delivery methodologies and tools.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Business Analyst in GRC domains with relevant platform expertise.
* Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM or similar enterprise GRC platforms.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in documenting requirements and working in Agile environments.
* Certifications like ServiceNow CIS IRM are preferred.
