Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

We are recruiting for an experienced Lead Engineer to join a healthcare facility, providing technical leadership and ensuring compliance across the site.
Key Requirements
* Minimum Level 3 qualification (Electrical or Mechanical)
* CSCS or ECS card
* Background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (Plumbing & Heating), or Multi-Skilled Engineering
* Experience in a healthcare, FM, or compliance-driven environment preferred
Role & Responsibilities
* Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day, with flexibility required to support operational needs (including early starts or late finishes around theatre schedules)
* Occasional weekend work to support reactive repairs or capital projects (paid as overtime or taken as time in lieu)
* Participation in an on-call rota (typically 1 in 4 weeks) covering multiple sites
o £135 per week on-call allowance, plus payment for call-outs
* Responsibility for hospital compliance, xxuwjjq planning reactive repairs, and overseeing on-site contractors for servicing and breakdowns
* Acting as a point of escalation for engineering issues and supporting junior engineers where required
* Standard working hours typically 8am4pm or 9am5pm
Training will be provided in specialist areas including medical gases, legionella management, and contractor management.
