The Best Connection are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Class 1 Tramper Driver to join our team. The role involves operating walking floor and tanker wagons, collecting treated material from water treatment plants and delivering to farms.
This is a Monday to Friday tramping role offering stable hours and consistent, ongoing work.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate Class 1 vehicles (walking floor and tanker wagons) safely and efficiently
* Collect treated human waste from water treatment plants
* Deliver to farms in line with schedules
* Ensure loads are transported safely and comply with regulations
* Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
* Accurately complete delivery paperwork and logbooks
* Comply with all driving, tachograph, and health & safety regulations

Requirements
* Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence - minimum 6 months experience
* Aged 25 or over (insurance purposes)
* Maximum 6 penalty points
* No major endorsements (e.g. DR, DD, IN)
* Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
* Previous experience with walking floors and/or tankers preferred
* Strong knowledge of UK road transport laws
* Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
