Business Support Officer

We're recruiting a proactive and organised Business Support Officer to join a busy operational support team within a fast-paced environment.
This varied role will involve providing administrative and financial support, coordinating work orders, liaising with subcontractors and customers, and helping ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities:
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
Liaising with subcontractors and resolving invoice queries
Managing customer enquiries and providing excellent service
Supporting operational teams with scheduling and administration
Updating records and maintaining accurate data across systems
Assisting with work order coordination and appointment booking
About you:
Previous administration or business support experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
Organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise workloads
Experience with invoicing, purchase orders, or finance admin desirable
