What You'll Do:
As an Electrician, you'll play a vital role in our building and property repairs service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Performing electrical repairs and new installations of electrical systems in domestic properties.
Conducting electrical condition reports and testing to ensure compliance with IEE Regulations.
Diagnosing faults and recommending repairs as necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
Collaborating effectively with team members while also being able to work independently.
Ensuring all work adheres to safety regulations and best practises.
Mentoring and guiding apprentices during their training journey.

What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A minimum of 2 years post-training experience in modernisation, refurbishment, and domestic electrical systems.
Relevant qualifications, including a Time Served Apprenticeship (C&G 2360 or equivalent), 18th Edition IEE Regulations, and a Full Driving Licence.
Experience with hand and power tools, as well as specialist testing equipment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain excellent relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
