This role would particularly suit an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to begin their career in a highly supportive school with excellent mentoring, professional development and opportunities for growth. Your New School Lift Percy Shurmer is a large two-form entry primary academy located in the heart of Balsall Heath, serving approximately 450 pupils aged 3 to 11, including children within our highly regarded Deaf Learning Base (DLB). Your New Role As a Key Stage 2 Classroom Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning while contributing positively to the wider life of the school.
