The Role

Key Responsibilities
* Source, screen, and interview candidates using a range of tools including job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
* Identify new business opportunities and develop your market presence
* Negotiate offers, manage the recruitment process, and successfully close deals
* Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity through the CRM system
