We’re now looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team and help maintain the high standards our guests expect.

What you’ll be doing
• Ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, tidy, and presented to brand standards
• Making beds, changing linens, and replenishing amenities
• Cleaning bathrooms, floors, windows, and surfaces to the highest standards
• Reporting maintenance issues or damage promptly
• Supporting a safe, organised, and hygienic working environment
• Assisting with laundry, stock control, and housekeeping supplies
• Working closely with other team members to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Upholding the Rick Stein commitment to cleanliness, professionalism, and guest satisfaction
What we’re looking for
• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality (helpful but not essential – we’ll train the right person)
• A positive, reliable, and proactive approach
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and busy periods
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation

Our admin and operational support teams play a key part in the smooth running of the business; joining all the dots and planning ahead. Our housekeeping team play a key role in looking after our guest accommodation and public areas across our sites in Padstow. This includes keeping these areas clean and tidy to ensure that our guests have a great experience when staying with us.
