Employability and Enrichment Tutor – Full time Permanent Role Gloucester (Up 37.5 hours per week)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an engaging, inspirational, passionate and committed Employability and Enrichment to join our supportive Study Programmes team at Prospect Training Services.
Hours per week: 37.5 hours a week.
Salary: £29,000 per annum.

As a tutor you are at the heart of our delivery, therefore you must possess the ability to motivate students to develop their skills and reach their full potential. You must have the passion and empathy for working with young people aged 16 – 19 years of age with different abilities, including young people with additional needs. You will coordinate the Study Programme inductions and Enrichment and Progression curriculum and use innovative methods to deliver creative, fun and engaging sessions for Induction, Enrichment and Progression sessions, with a focus on supporting our learners from their very first day with us, throughout their course and also into suitable and sustainable progression opportunities.
This role includes full teaching responsibilities, including developing your own curriculum against standards, planning and preparing sessions and marking work. You will be part of regular team meetings, and we will provide you with professional development opportunities.
Required skills and experience for this Induction, Enrichment and Progression tutor role:
* L3 (or above) Education and Training teaching qualification
* Assessor Qualification (desirable but not essential)
* Ability to deliver Enrichment sessions and Progression qualification
* Excellent delivery skills and proficient classroom management
* Excellent communication skills and a good command of the English spoken language
* Excellent coordination and organisational skills
* Excellent time management
* Be Innovative, fast thinking and versatile
* Self-motivated, able to work to performance targets and KPIs
* Good general level of ICT skills including Microsoft Office
