Role Overview
As a Senior Corporate Tax Manager, you will deliver corporation tax advisory and compliance services to a portfolio of fast-growing, tech-led businesses.
Responsibilities
1. Assist senior leadership on strategic tax matters, including business restructures, corporate deals, and innovation-related tax reliefs.
2. Oversee or directly handle the preparation of complex corporate tax computations.
3. Provide clear, accurate technical tax guidance to clients and colleagues.
4. Collaborate with other departments to identify cross-service opportunities and support business development.
5. Contribute to promotional efforts, including thought leadership and marketing content.
6. Monitor financial performance indicators such as chargeable time, recoveries, and client billing.
Candidate Requirements
1. Previous experience as an Assistant Tax Manager, Tax Advisor, Tax Senior, Tax Accountant, Tax Specialist, or similar role.
2. At least 5 years of corporate tax experience within an accountancy practice.
3. ACCA or ACA qualification (CTA preferred).
4. Strong technical expertise in UK corporation tax compliance and advisory.
5. Excellent leadership, delegation, and mentoring skills.
