We are seeking an enthusiastic and resilient Primary Teacher to join our dedicated team at our specialist SEN school. Our school provides a nurturing and structured environment for pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and complex learning difficulties.
About the Role:
You will:
* Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCP targets
* Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
* Use positive behaviour strategies to support pupils’ emotional regulation and development
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and families
* Monitor progress and celebrate every success, no matter how small
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Has experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential for the right candidate)
* Is patient, adaptable, and nurturing
* Has strong classroom management skills
* Is committed to inclusive education and safeguarding
