The successful candidate will be required to manage the development, delivery and optimisation of arrears management strategies, that meets FGFS’s objectives for supporting customers and maintaining compliance with regulations and own policies. As a Credit Risk Manager you will be responsible for: Managing and delivering effective arrears management strategies that optimise commercial performance and support our customers Managing the performance and unlocking the potential of your team Managing and monitoring adherence to all governance, risk, and compliance standards, ensuring strategies deliver the best outcomes for customers and the business Developing strategic relationships internally and externally that add value to the business
