Base pay range

What you'll be doing
* Joining a diverse team of talented engineers working on a sophisticated, AI-powered solution at the forefront of fighting financial crime.
* Advocating for our customers' success by participating in deep investigations of complex performance and functional issues they face.
* Working directly with Level 3 support engineers to learn about complex technical issues, gaining expertise across our entire product.
* Supporting our customers in using our software to address financial crime challenges.
Key tasks
* Mentored by a senior Staff Engineer to understand our software across all microservices, aiming to become our first Level 3 support contact.
* Fixing issues based on priority and impact, collaborating with multiple teams including engineers, product managers, architects, and support staff.
* Assisting internal teams and customers with broad knowledge of our software.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have skills in some of our core technologies: Node.js, React, Elasticsearch, Kafka, MongoDB, Redis. Proficiency in at least one programming language and experience with large-scale data processing or complex JavaScript/Python codebases are preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely or hybrid are essential.
