Pavement Engineer
I am working with a leading consultancy in the transport and infrastructure sector who are seeking a talented Pavement Engineer to join their established Highways team in Perth.

The Role
As a Pavement Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, assessment and delivery of pavement and asset management schemes, working across a diverse portfolio of projects. You'll be responsible for ensuring technical quality, compliance with standards, and supporting the delivery of high-performing highways solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Producing technically sound designs and documentation in line with client requirements and industry standards.
·Preparing and checking drawings, reports, calculations, and technical outputs.
·Supporting senior engineers in developing pavement maintenance and rehabilitation plans.
·Supervising and mentoring junior staff, reviewing and overseeing their work.
·Promoting best practice in health and safety throughout project delivery.
·Liaising with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, including participation in project meetings.
We're looking for someone with:
·Experience in pavement design and asset management.
·A strong understanding of DMRB, Manual for Streets, CDM regulations, and other relevant standards.
·Proficiency with AutoCAD and analytical design tools.
·Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
·Confidence to supervise junior colleagues and review technical work.
·A track record of delivering projects to budget, programme, and quality standards.
