Job Title: Lead HVAC Commissioning Engineer
Location: Enfield, Greater London
Salary/Benefits: £28k - £50k + Training & Benefits

Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have strong experience working as a HVAC Commissioning Engineer
- Will hold CSA grades
- Fully conversant in CIBSE guidelines
- Able to take the lead on projects and support other engineers
- Will have worked across a range of client sites
- Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
- Flexible to travel in line with company requirements
The Role:
- Carrying out commissioning of HVAC systems, including: LTHW, FCU, supply/extract and CHW
- Balancing of air and water systems on heated and chilled systems and fan coil units
- Producing quotes for work
- Working on existing and new systems
- Witnessing work
- Keeping accurate records of works undertaken and compiling into reports
- Meeting with clients to provide updates on projects
- Ensuring works are completed to agreed scope and deadline
- Reporting into members of management to track team / project progress
- Representing the company in a professional manner
