Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Food, FMCG, and Science sectors
* Lead client engagement strategies to win new contracts and increase revenue
* Conduct market mapping to identify growth areas and emerging trends
* Account Management
* Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions
* Be comfortable selling the entire suite of Reed products and solutions
