CRM Campaign Manager
Inside IR35 – up to £550 per day – 6 Month contract
London based – hybrid working – 4 days a week onsite
Where do you fit in?
As our CRM Campaign Manager, you'll take the reins of our CRM strategy – combining technical mastery of Braze with creative vision to deliver unmissable customer journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging. You'll own and shape the CRM roadmap, building new lifecycle campaigns that not only engage but grow our app audience and elevate our CRM channel mix. Every campaign you touch will set the gold standard for quality and creativity, backed by weekly reporting and data-led optimisation to ensure we're always ahead of the curve.
You'll get under the skin of our customer journey and product, supercharge our existing communications, and launch automated lifecycle programs that are both innovative and impactful. You'll embed booking growth and app-first thinking across every customer touchpoint, extend our CRM influence with bold, innovative ideas, and champion a test-and-learn mindset that delivers smarter segmentation, standout creative, and transformative results. Working closely with our Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams, you'll have the freedom to create customer-first campaigns that truly shape engagement and growth at scale.
What do you need to succeed?
* Experience in a CRM role with both strategic and technical expertise.
* Deep knowledge of Braze (or similar CRM platforms like Salesforce or Optimove).
* Strong HTML, CSS, Liquid logic, and SQL skills to build personalised, responsive campaigns.
* Proven track record in multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app) and automated lifecycle flows.
* Experience driving app audience growth and lifecycle optimisation.
* Passion and curiosity - able to "become the customer" and craft journeys that connect.
* A self-starter who can think autonomously and thrive in a tech-first, fast-moving environment.
* Comfortable with weekly reporting, performance analysis, and data-led decision-making.
