An independent specialist school in the Redhill area is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary SEN Teacher to join their supportive and nurturing team. The school provides tailored education for children with a range of complex needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to primary-aged pupils with EHCPs
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individual learning plans
* Create a safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environment
* Use creative approaches to meet the diverse needs of learners
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
* Experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a specialist setting
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and SEND frameworks
* A positive, resilient and empathetic approach
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car is highly desirable due to the location and potential outreach responsibilities
